  • I offer a fully mobile cleaning service and carry my own water supply, for the wash I use a caravan/motorhome specific cleaning product and for the rinse I use a very low pressure hand operated pump washer.
  • I require at least two feet of clearance around the caravan/motorhome to allow me to safely work from my ladders.
  • I prefer to take before and after pictures, this allows me to keep a gallery of my work to share with others on social media and the Essex Caravan Cleaning Website but also provides a visual reference should the vehicle owner be unaware of any existing damage to the caravan, motorhome or camper.  I use a large A frame ladder which supports itself and never rest it on or against any vehicle/caravan.  If you would prefer I did not take any pictures please make me aware of this beforehand (I will never photograph number plates or door numbers)
  • Heavily Soiled Caravans/Motorhomes are subject to a surcharge - please advise at the time of booking if your caravan/motorhome has been left for a long time and you feel it will need alot of work to make it look at its best again. Heavily soiled caravans/motorhomes can take upto twice as long to get them looking at their best again and it is helpful to know this beforehand so I can allocate the required amount of time for your clean.
  • Payment is required as soon as the wash is complete (unless alternative arrangements have been made beforehand when booking), accepted methods are cash or bank transfer, paypal accepted but will incur an additional charge.
